Belief Patterns...

Can have such a stronghold on the heart,
that the soul and spirit cannot breathe.

Then the Mind and the Body follow.

The memory of the wounds that lie behind the belief, are stored in the heart.

When the pain of the heart has gone unrealized,
behind the emotional memories
of when and how the Belief was created...

Then the physical body begin to respond to this heart pain.

Even if there are no conscious memories that remain, the influence behind the emotions and
beliefs, are still manifesting until they are recognized, released and restored.
